What we collect

- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our systems.
- Agreement records — signed documents, the signer's name, the time of signature, and the network address used to sign, kept as evidence of the agreement.
- Website usage — basic, non-identifying analytics about how this site is used, so we can improve it.
How we use it
- To respond to you, quote and deliver work, and provide platforms you subscribe to.
- To bill you and keep accurate financial records.
- To keep our systems secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the business: Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers to deliver the service, and professional advisers where required. Each is bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.
Platforms we build for clients
Information entered into a custom platform we build for a client belongs to that client and is governed by that client's own privacy practices. Where a platform runs on the client's own infrastructure accounts, we access it only to build, maintain, and support it.
Security and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with reputable hosting providers. Sensitive identifiers held in platforms we operate are encrypted at rest. We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
